Pushpa 2 Worldwide Box Office: Allu Arjun starrer is wildfire around the globe, reaches Rs. 829 crores

Filmmaker Sukumar’s Pushpa: The Rise came with not many expectations, especially its Hindi version, when it was released in December 2021. However, the Allu Arjun starrer action extravaganza became a surprise success, including in the Hindi belt. Hence, there were a lot of expectations from Pushpa 2: The Rule, the second film in the franchise. The film, however, has surpassed expectations at the box office.

The Hindi version of Pushpa 2 has earned close to Rs. 300 crores in just four days. But the film has been doing exceptionally well worldwide too in all languages. It opened at a mammoth number of Rs. 294 crores on its opening day. The second day saw a normal and expected drop at Rs. 155 crores but showed a good jump on Sunday with Rs. 172 crores.

The film was then expected to jump even further on Sunday, and it has done that fantastically by amassing Rs. 208 crores in a single day. This has taken its worldwide total to Rs. 829 crores, which is nothing but ‘wildfire’. This has also ensured that the movie will reach the coveted Rs. 1000 crores club in record time.

Pushpa 2: The Rule is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in pivotal roles.
