Kapil Sharma faces legal action for breach of North America tour contract
Ace comedian Kapil Sharma, who is currently touring Canada with the whole team of The Kapil Sharma Show, has landed into legal trouble. According to a latest report, a lawsuit has been filed against Kapil by Sai USA Inc for breach of contract during his 2015 tour to North America.
Amit Jaitly, a promoter of live shows and concerts in the US, has alleged that in 2015, Kapil was paid to perform in six shows but he only showed up for five. He further added that the actor-comedian had promised to make up for the loss. However, the case is still pending in a New York court and Sai USA Inc will be taking legal action, said Jaitly.
