Kalki 2898 AD (Hindi) Box Office Estimate 2nd Saturday: Jumps by 90%; ready to enter the 200 crore club
Kalki 2898 AD is recording an extraordinary run at the box-office in the North Indian markets. After collecting Rs. 173 crores over the 9-day period, Kalki 2898 AD has collected Rs. 17.50 to 18.50 crores on the 2nd Saturday, taking the 10 day total collection to Rs. 190 crore. The Prabhas film is all set to enter the Rs. 200 crore club on 2nd Sunday.
Starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan in lead, Kalki 2898 AD will become the highest-grossing film of 2024 in Hindi in 11 days flat and then start its journey towards the Rs. 300 crore club. It's the 2nd film for Prabhas to enter the Rs. 200 crore club in Hindi after Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion.
Kalki 2898 AD is doing well universally - be it the mass belts or the metros - and there is a legitimate appreciation among the cinema-going audiences. The word of mouth has resulted in a strong theatrical run and the film is not looking to stop any time soon.
Globally too, Kalki 2898 AD is on a record-breaking run and is expected to breach the 1,000 crore mark by the end of its run.
