'Sab Achhi Baatein Hain' song from Varun Grover’s All India Rank out

The first song, ‘Sab Achhi Baatein Hain’ from Varun Grover’s debut film as a director All India Rank, was released on Saturday. The film is presented by Sriram Raghavan and stars Bodhisattva Sharma, Samta Sudiksha, Shashi Bhushan, Geeta Agrawal, Sheeba Chaddha, Neeraj, Ayush Pandey, Saadat Khan in pivotal roles.

The song is set in a hostel where students preparing for IIT entrance exams are staying. There is a power off which pushes every student outside their rooms leading to this quirky song that describes the experience of living in a hostel. The song is written by Varun Grover with music by Mayukh-Mainak. It is sung by Araham Khan and Bodhisattva Sharma.

Sab Achhi Baatein Hain’ was presented and shared by Huma Qureshi on Instagram. The first two songs that Huma performed on screen were written by Varun Grover for the film Gangs of Wasseypur (2012).  Further, speaking of the new song, she added, “Today I am so happy to be sharing his first song from his first film as a director - Sab achhi baatein hain from All India Rank. A fun song for hostel night outs.”

All India Rank had its world premiere at the International Film Festival of Rotterdam in February 2023 where it was shown as the closing film. Since then, the film has been shown at MAMI Film Festival and Dharamshala International Film Festival where it was the opening film.
