Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan makes Rs 520.79 crore globally in four days
Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan is having a historical run at the box office. As per the makers, Red Chillies Entertainment, the film has amassed Rs 520.79 crore (gross) on the global box office in four days since its release.
As per trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Jawan’s Hindi version has minted Rs 252.08 crore by its first weekend. The Atlee directorial opened with Rs 65.50 crore on Thursday followed by Rs 46.23 crore on Friday and Rs 68.72 crore on Saturday respectively. It made Rs 71.63 crore on Sunday.
Jawan also stars Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, and Ridhi Dogra, among others. Deepika Padukone has a cameo appearance in the film.
A commercial action drama, Jawan features Khan as a father and son who team up to destroy the forces that plague society. Vijay Sethupathi plays the antagonist. Anirudh Ravichander has scored the music for the film. Jawan also features cinematography by GK Vishnu and editing by Ruben.
