Ali Fazal to appear in Fukrey 3?
Ahead of Fukrey 3 release this week, which is the third installment in the film franchise, fans were left disappointed that it will mark the absence of actor Ali Fazal who portrayed the role of Zafar Bhai. However, latest reports suggest that the actor will indeed appear in the upcoming film.
As per a source close to production, Ali Fazal, who starred in Fukrey 1 and 2, will be making a special appearance at a crucial point in the film.
Fukrey 3 will see Pankaj Tripathi, Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma and Manjot Singh reprise their roles of Pandit ji, Bholi Punjaban, Hunny, Choocha and Laali respectively. The film is directed by Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, who also helmed the first two parts of the franchise. The film is backed by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar’s Excel Entertainment. It will be released in theatres on September 28.
